Bathroom remodel
For this bathroom remodel we removed the existing bath and fitted a large modern 1700x800mm walk in shower, we tiled the shower from floor to ceiling and tiled the rest of the room to mid height. We fitted a ceiling light extractor fan above the shower which is a nice way to have a discreet and minimalistic extractor above the bathroom.
We laid Camaro LVT flooring throughout in a parquet style, the customer chose a warm wood effect flooring which looks great against the grey toned tiling and chrome fixtures and adds warmth and contrast to the bathroom.
Bathroom Features
This Bathroom features a large walk in shower complete with anti slip shower tray and toughened glass shower screen. Inside the shower we have installed two different shower systems. On the right end of the shower we have a Redring glow electric shower with handset and on the left with a complete Tavistock shower set with riser rail and fixed shower head.
All of the fittings and fixtures are in chrome which goes well with the grey stone effect tiling throughout the shower.
The Bathroom vanity unit, is a stylish grey Elation basin unit in gloss, with a large semi recessed basin by Tavistock with a chrome Tavistock basin mixer and waste. The Basin unit provides adequate storage for the bathroom with two small drawers and three cupboards underneath.
The Towel radiator, is 1200x600mm dual fuel, in chrome to match the rest of the fixtures. The customer opted for dual fuel to allow them to have the option to have the boiler turned off during the summer allowing them to warm their towels using only the electric element when needed. Which is a great money saving option.
