Bathroom remodel
For this bathroom remodel we started by removing everything from the bedroom and existing bathroom next door and knocked through the wall that separates the spare bedroom and the bathroom.
We then used this additional space for the luxury walk in shower in the new bathroom configuration. We rebuilt the wall to suit the new layout and moved the toilet to a the new position under the window. This way having a separate toilet W/C to the main bath.
We also moved the boiler up the from its current position to allow for storage to be built underneath, in the bespoke boiler housing/airing cupboard we went on to build.
We prepped and laid customer supplied wall and floor tiles throughout the new bathroom and decorated the walls to the customers chosen paint colour.
The customer had chosen their own salvaged antique doors which we refurbished and fitted to the main bathroom and separate toilet.

Bathroom Features

This bathroom is complete with shower bath, walk in luxury shower, Burlington vanity, Burlington heated towel rail above bath and Burlington traditional radiator.
The bathroom tiles transform this bathroom, going across the floor, around the bath and surrounds, along the back wall and throughout the shower creating a unique and modern finish.
The walk in shower, features a shower small niche with integrated lighting, perfect and convenient storage solution, that looks stylish and sleek. A traditional exposed shower rail in brushed nickel from Burlington London with white ceramic handles. An anti slip white shower tray and Burlington London shower glass and fittings. We also have used a ceiling light extractor fan, which is a discreet and minimalistic way to have an extractor in your bathroom without ruining the bathrooms aesthetic.

The Bathroom vanity unit, is a beautiful traditional styled basin cabinet by Burlington London, in Black. With stylish brushed nickel cabinet handle and legs which give the appearance of a free standing unit.
The ceramic basin is also by Burlington london and has been styled with Burlington London basin mixer in brushed nickel with matching waste.
The customer supplied their own mirror which we had installed and fitted ourselves including wiring for the mirror lighting and sockets.
The Showerbath, is a double ended bath with a traditional style shower bath mixer which is mounted to the middle of the bath, they wanted the entire bath surround to be tiled including the window board allowing them to have a relaxing bath with a glass of wine that can be placed on conveniently on the window cill beside them. The bath tiling follows along from the floor up the side of the bath, creating leading lines that look visually appealing.
The shower bath mixer is from Burlington london and has the telephone handset accessory attachment. All fixtures are in brushed nickel to match the rest of the bathroom with ceramic handset and lever features which have the Burlington London branding printed on.
Above the bath we have a Burlington london towel rail radiator in brushed nickel.
The Boiler, was originally inside a freestanding wardrobe, which we removed. We installed scaffolding to the outside of the building to be able to move the boiler from the current positioning up the wall, this allowed us to create shelving below the boiler inside the new bespoke boiler housing we had made creating an airing cupboard for storing linen and towels.
The Radiator, is a traditional ceramic Burlington London radiator with brushed nickel pipes and cross head valves, this in additional to the wall mounted towel rail creates a cosy and warm bathroom perfect for relaxing and unwinding after long days and cold winter evenings.
The Separate toilet, we moved the toilet from its existing position to below the window, and replaced it with a Burlington London toilet with ceramic lever handle and a Burlington London dark green toilet seat with lid. The flooring and the walls are tiled with customer supplied tiles, the wall tiling has pink grout and the walls are painted yellow with customer supplied paint. We fitted a gorgeous ornate antique toilet roll holder which the customers had brought which adds to the uniqueness off this room.
