Why should we choose Farleys?

Farleys is a family-owned independent business, serving Thanet and East Kent since 1928.

All our fantastic staff are friendly and happy to help, going above and beyond to provide everyone with exceptional service. We offer home demonstrations on our riser recliners and adjustable beds, home pickups to bring you to us when you can’t travel to our showroom and even offer frequent promotions to give back to our community. These are just a few examples of why you should choose Farleys.

 

Do you do Kitchen/Bathroom installation?

At Farleys we have our own experienced team of kitchen/bathroom contractors. We provide a complete renovation including, plumbing, electrical works, light building work and gas fitting.

Our project manager will take care of the whole job, leaving you to relax knowing everything is taken care of. 

 

Do you supply and fit flooring?

At Farleys we offer a wide range of quality Carpets, Vinyl and LVT flooring options. Our fantastic team can fit luxurious carpets to your home and even screed and ply floors ready for our durable and resistant LVT flooring tiles. Please visit our Ramsgate showroom to see our full range.

 

Are you able to offer finance?

Unfortunately, at Farleys we do not currently offer our customers any finance options. However, we do split our design and installation payments to make it more it more manageable for our customers to pay. We ask for,

50% deposit upfront,

40% on commencement,

10% on completion.

 

Are we able to get VAT relief on our Bathroom?

If you are eligible for VAT relief, please fill out our self-certification form available in store and we will be able to offer you VAT exemption on your new accessible bathroom.

How much are your kitchens?

We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, long-lasting kitchens from reputable manufacturers all made to order. Our Masterclass kitchens are made in Britain and our Scavolini kitchens and bathrooms are made in Italy. This means our kitchens start at a fair price, estimated around £10,000 depending on the size of your kitchen, the model you choose and the appliances and worktops you decide on.

 

How much will it cost to have my bathroom renovated?

Our Bathrooms start from £5,000, depending on the size of your bathroom, the amount of work involved and the furniture and sanitaryware you choose.

Please be aware that a lot of labour is required during a bathroom installation and the amount of work involved greatly determines the price of the job.

 

Do you provide warranty?

We advise our customers to check the manufacturers website for more information on product warranties.

At Farleys we provide our customers with excellent after care. If you have any problems with an existing product or service, we advise you to contact us directly and we will make sure the problem is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Do you offer any assisted living solutions?

We can provide our customers with many fantastic, assisted living solutions. From riser recliners and adjustable beds to accessible kitchens and bathrooms tailored to your needs. We are also partnered with Acorn stairlifts providing safe and affordable adaptations to your home, to help you manage your life independently.

 

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver our furniture to Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Birchington, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Canterbury and the rest of Southeast Kent and Thanet.

 

What if I’m not in southeast Kent?

If you are interested in a Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Flooring or any other service from us please contact us as we may be able to make arrangements at a cost. 

We have previously carried out projects in London, Surrey and Berkshire, so may be able to make arrangements for our team to travel to your area. 

Does Farleys dispose of old furniture? 

​Yes, we can responsibly dispose of any furniture, carpets, kitchen or bathroom items we are replacing for a small cost.
